At RickMate, we strive to provide the best service to our users. However, we understand that there might be instances where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking or subscription, please do so within the following timeframe:
- For bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- For subscriptions: Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If a booking is cancelled within the stipulated time, a full refund will be issued.
- If a subscription is cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside the stipulated timeframes.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been approved.
